I purchased a 9 in tablet in june of 2016. When received it would not connect bluetooth whith mine or my wifes phones.

Was sent another and it worked flawlessly until Nov of 2016 when it started rebooting (loosing all settings and registration info) every time i shut it off. Was asked by irulu to factory reset. I did this several times and it wouldnt reset. It would lock up to a error screen.

Photo enclosed. Now they tell me there isnt a replacement available and not only that i have to except 1/2 of what i paid for it. This is a *** situation. Ive seen alot of reviews giving 10 for reliability.

Well im guessing that their thing that all the tabletscare flawless....

But this one is flawed. Still under warranty and they wont take care of it.
