Irulu BL20 flashing red power light.
Hello from Wisconsin. I have an Irulu projector that was a gift.
I had tested it 2 years ago when I received it and loved it, but I never got to have outdoor movies (or even groups) because of 2 years of Covid, so it sat and when I decided to play some movies for the guys yesterday I plugged it in and the power button just flashes an orangeish-red light.
My tiny owner's manual has no listing for flashing lights in the diagnostic section. Otherwise, it was a wonderful gift and very clear.
Even the sound was nice.
So, I hope you can tell me what I'm doing wrong. It has only been used for about 15 minutes to test it and then replaced in the box.

I have an Irulu Tablet which is not starting properly. I need help to restore it and make it use.full.

Internet connection trouble
To Whom It May Concern;
We brought a 7" Tablet, arrive yesterday and try to connect the unit to our home Internet, the unit keep show up no internet connection. We also check our home internet router (WiFi), it has no problem and our other computers in the house had no problem.
So, we check the password that we enter into the new 7" tablet shows correct. But, the unit keep telling us no connection. If you can tell us what to do; we really like the unit.

Incredibly disappointed
The phone number you sent me for irulu no longer works! I'm hoping that the email address does. Do you have any suggestions as to what I might do if I never hear back from the company?
Using windows media player on my windows 10 pc, I keep syncing playlists to the Irulu. The playlists show up in the Irulu sync status but NOT in music.
So I cannot play any of the music.
it seems to be working a few days ago but now it's not. I would appreciate some instructions on this.
